Let’s first begin with the proper understanding of ineligible voters.
Who CAN’T Vote?
Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in federal, state, and most local elections. Some people with felony convictions are not eligible to vote. Rules vary by state. Check with your state elections office about the laws in your state. Some people who are mentally incapacitated are not eligible to vote. Rules vary by state.

In addition, ineligible voters also include: underaged, illegal aliens, and voters who illegally use the United States Post Office to commit voter fraud.
The Fraud:
A lawsuit filed by Ray Smith, the lead counsel for Trump’s campaign, provided examples exceeding 70,000 potentially illegal ballots in Georgia during the 2020 election.
