To loyal compatriots it’s time the read, embrace, teach, and use the Tenth Amendment to end vast swaths of US tyranny now.

The Tenth Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Tenth Amendment is a state’s rights, an initiative codified within the Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment recognizes limits of power are granted to the federal government which are expressly listed in the Constitution. Any powers not authorized within the Constitution for federal authority are reserved to each state.

When citizens are victims of US government tyranny, the proper constitutional remedy allows the States to make use of nullification.

For some unknown reason, the GOP and former president Trump, lack the gusto to encourage use of the Tenth Amendment. Regardless of such, MAGA, Independents, and loyal compatriots are empowered by the Tenth Amendment. We CAN nullify tyranny, regardless of the GOP, or Trumps position for the Tenth Amendment.

Using the Tenth Amendment doesn’t require 2022 or 2024 election cycle results. Instead, loyal patriots can come together now and embolden state’s rights to help safeguard our republic.

By now, you should imagine the benefits of the Tenth Amendment that allows for nullification, including all federal government overreach not authorized by the Constitution of the United States.

The Tenth Amendment is the “Just-in-time” amendment for our nation’s current diabolical level of tyranny we face currently. Consider just a few Tenth Amendment Initiatives:

States can nullify Vaccine mandates currently upheld by the Supreme court, which affect our health care workers. Yes, it’s possible to nullify the Supreme Court using the Tenth.
Nullify Federal Gun Laws
Nullify Obama Care
Nullify gross negligence effecting states created by the CDC or any federal agency
States can nullify various currency laws to strengthen local currency distribution
States can nullify federal bathroom laws to ensure our children are protected from federal crimes
Nullify use of Warrants used for ID, and currently allow for passport entry into our country
Nullify mask mandates for airlines for departure or landing in states
Nullify any overreach from the federal government and much more

The enemies of the Tenth Amendment:

Progressives, Socialist, Neoliberals and Marxists, RHINO’s, Neoconservative’s, Big Government republicans

The enemies of the Tenth Amendment seek to embolden the size and scope of the federal government. They realize when states’ rights are emboldened it threatens their lust for centralized government power.

Let’s name some enemies likely to oppose use of the Tenth Amendment:

From the Left: Barack Hussain Obama, Unlawful President Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and the entire democrat party

From the Right: Mitch McConnel, George W. Bush, the neocons who thirst for war, and many more.

To drain the swamp, the Tenth Amendment must be included in action word and dead. As you have read, the Tenth Amendment is highly valuable in the age of tyranny.

Will you teach your family and friends the value of the Tenth Amendment, and demand the GOP, and Trump to embrace the Tenth Amendment?
