My living room now serves dual duty as a casual environment and, more importantly, as the backdrop for future video posts. The backdrop will change soon.

The photo shows the backdrop, and the equipment is just out of the camera’s view.

I’ve completed future episodes and will be releasing them very soon. Thus far, I’m thrilled with the audio quality, and my next upgrade will include a better video source.

I’m very excited to move towards video production, which will enhance my message and impact.

As a former radio host, I became very comfortable using condenser microphones versus microphones housed in camera or video equipment. I decided to use condenser microphones for future video posts attached with a pop filter. I begin recording first using a LEWITT LCT 240 PRO, which has been a great-sounding microphone, and later I’ll switch to the Iconic Shure Microphone 55SH. I once used the SHURE while a radio host.

The video posts are prepared releases joined with the supporting article, which serve as a dual duty for a non-traditional transcript. As a unique feature, I’m from the South, and many will appreciate my Southern accent :)

I write and produce the videos.
