Don't miss my first video release later this week
Unfamiliar technology, Clipchamp, software, editing and a learning curve... Oh my!
It’s always something :) Last year, I endured a near-foot amputation, and it’s taken a whole year to heal. I’ll never forget firing the doctor who claimed my right foot should undergo amputation. Had I not been direct about the circumstances, I may have lost my foot due to his opinion, as I passed out only minutes after I fired the freak who wanted to remove my foot. Remember, always second guess your doctor, especially if they promote the jab, which has proven to create mass death and massive adverse effects.
I spent nearly two months in the hospital and almost three months in and out of bed, and thus, it’s taken its toll on my opportunity to write during the last twelve months.
In early July, my brother and nephew visited my mother and found her lying on the floor due to a fall. She will never be able to live independently, and I'm thankful she is now living in a Rehab center in Virginia.
Sadly, the staff who work at the Rehab began masking early this week.
I live nearly two hours from my mother, and since early July, it’s been necessary to help with her transition from her home to Rehab; thus, I haven’t been able to focus on writing as planned.
I’m very thankful my brother and sister-in-law can visit my mother more often than I and appreciate them very much.
I genuinely enjoy reading and studying diverse topics. But it’s always been difficult for me to learn new things in a traditional classroom setting, and thanks to my high school English teacher, Mr. Danny Hufman, I opened my eyes to the best way for me to learn. Since then, I’ve taught myself how to speak fluent Russian. I’m trying to teach myself how to speak fluent Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke.
Imagine for a moment hearing me speak Russian and Aramaic with a southern accent; now that’s funny!
I’ve applied myself to a special project for the last eight years to enhance the field of aeronautics, and I’ve utilized self-taught methods to learn advanced mathematics at the Ph.D. level. Recently, I’ve been encouraged to take various CLEP tests, and I’m certain the tests will place me on a pathway toward an advanced degree. In truth, due to my learning disability, I’ve never wanted to attend college.
As a high school graduate, I can rise from a high school diploma to advanced standing, perhaps toward a Ph.D., and faster than traditional graduates.
Learning curves have never been my close friend in any endeavor. And yet, to expand my newsletter reach, I’ve had to learn new skills to edit and produce my videos while at the same time assisting with my mother and foot-related recovery and other medical-related matters; the launch of my self-produced videos have had its own set of circumstances with technology I’ve never used.
As I moved toward the final edit form of my first three videos, I realized the format was incorrect, and I’m making the changes for my first video release.
I will release the introduction or Episode #1 for Perspectives with Darel Long later this week.
As a writer, my passion is to warn We The People about many topics. I’m not a loyalist towards the political class, and if I find reasons to challenge or doubt the GOP or the Democrats, I will point it out with respect. I’m an independent, free thinker eager to accept truthful criticism and humble to receive suggestions. If my analysis of an event is incorrect, I will always announce a correction.
It’s my nature to state bold points without regard to the official propaganda presented to We The People as news.
