Gas Stoves: The power to nullify using the Tenth Amendment
Biden Administration considers a ridiculous ban on all Gas Stoves and the Tenth Amendment can be quickly deployed to nullify if banned.
The hypocrites in the federal government were considering a ban on gas stoves. During the summer of 2022, the GateWay Pundit reported Obama installed underground propone tanks at his property, totaling 2,500 gallons of propane gas.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission mentioned 35 percent of U.S. homes should get rid of gas stoves as they will move to regulate gas stoves. Due to overwhelming backlash from the American people, both left and right, the Biden administration backed off and dropped the issue.
The federal government continues to promote overreach into our lives. Meanwhile, the hypocrites are mandating and regulating the policies they promote but want to be exempt from them.
The Tenth Amendment simply means any federal standpoint must be authorized within the Constitution. if not, the sole decision rests within the states.
To consider the application of the Tenth Amendment, the state’s legislature simply places the federal government on notice that the state will not comply with this regulation. Most likely, the feds will collude with insurance companies to void the homeowner’s or rental policies. If so, the state can cover this issue through its’ own state’s insurance commission to ensure the policies issued within the state will be duly covered.
Tyranny is promoted by our own federal government and using the Tenth Amendment becomes the safety net to promote life, liberty, and freedom within the state who are opposed to federal overreach.
If the regulation does occur, and your state doesn’t protect you from federal overreach, then your state is run by an idiot and the state legislature is weak.
When the time arrives, the Tenth Amendment is the antidote against federal regulations, overreach, and tyranny promoted by our own US Government.
