Freedom of information Act Demands
Honorable Gov. Glenn Younkin:
First, I thank you for dropping the various mandates in Virginia.
Since your inauguration, you have issued Covid-19 vaccine promotion among radio stations in the Montgomery County area.
Today, I’m presenting my formal requests, pursuant to FOIA rules. Please reply within 15-days from the date of this notice. An online version will be tweeted for your attention, and a formal letter request by USPS will included my address.
This request is based on the date of your inauguration through the present date. The specific request is based on ad buys across Virginia in support of your personal promotion of the Covid-19 vaccines including:
Was Montgomery County the only county used for your promotion of the covid-19 vaccines?
What is the total sum spent on production of the ad?
What is the total sum used to market in the various medias?
What is the year-to-date sum spent per county?
What budget payouts have been approved for this type of marketing?
Does the marketing extend to television advertisements, under the same budgets, and if not, how are the budgets calculated?
With respect,Â
Darel L. Long
