The abuse of our little ones has reached epidemic levels

A quick statistical reminder and biblical mandates regarding our littles ones level of child abuse. Part 1 of 2

As you leave Church today, and your pastor wishes you great blessing for this coming week, I invite you to share this article with your friends and family regarding the child abuse epidemic witnessed in our nation.  

This article is provided as a quick reminder of this tragic issue.  According the Childhelp.org, child abuse statistics:

“Every year, more than 4 million referrals are made to child protection agencies involving more than 4.3 million children.”

The site continues, “The United States has one of the worst records among industrialized nations, losing on average, 5 children every day to child abuse and neglect. 

I believe the Church and fellow Christians should offer a unique and bold plan to help find our kids, and reduce the abuse in our nation. In the coming months, I’ll present a solution which may help with this deeply disturbing and problematic issue. 

The Bible is very clear about this matter and is echoed in Matthew 18:6 (KJV)

But whose shall offend of these little ones which believes in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
