The newsletter shall merge with "A Patriot Pronouncement"
After complications from a domain registrar, the newsletter will soon emerge
My current newsletter, Darel Long’s Pronouncement, will soon merge with A Patriot Pronouncement.com.
Substack writers know that Elon Musk isn’t the free speech champion many believe he is. While it’s true Musk’s Twitter purchase liberated many banned from the platform, more recently, Musk began to shadow-ban substack newsletters that restrict content from being shared across the platform. It’s my hope; my custom domain may help nullify the blatant Shadowban on Twitter.
Overall, I hope to accomplish the following as I merge this newsletter with A Patriot Pronoumcement.com:
Allow Twitter users to share my work.
Should Substack change its policies towards free speech limitations, I can quickly transfer to an external hosting option that preserves my online presence and backlinks.
In my view, using a custom domain while being hosted by Substack is the best of both worlds.
I can more easily trademark my newsletter.
There are many advantages to supporting the newsletter change; the most important are provided.
As a subscriber, there are no changes required.
Until the change is complete, a new post will be provided once a day about other matters related to Life, Liberty, and Freedom.
