Welcome to Perspectives with Darel Long
Darel Long's Pronouncement newsletter has successfully merged into my custom domain known as DarelLLong.com
The newsletter has merged with DarelLLong.com, and the newsletter shall be named Perspectives with Darel Long.
During the last 24 hours, my private domain DarelLLong.com has successfully propagated across the internet and is now hosted at Substack.
Notice the URL now shows: DarelLLong.com.
Once I decided to forgo the previously mentioned custom domains mentioned in recent articles, I registered at Epik.com and used my private domain, DarelLLong.com, as the basis for my newsletter; the transition has been simple and seamless.
It appears all subscribers have been transferred without delay.
The only item requiring my attention is now the subscription payment processor. I hope that sometime this week, this task will be done.
I want to thank my subscribers for your patience.
When I began the process, at first, a member from the Substack support team said I would have to repost each former article from Darel Long’s Pronouncement to my merged custom domain, I’m thrilled to note this wasn’t the case, and all former posts appear in the archives.
Now for an important announcement
My last radio show aired in 2014, and I genuinely enjoyed being on the radio. My former radio show was The Long Financial Report. I had the pleasure of interviewing Presidential candidates, governors, members of the uni party, and even members of the Communist party. I enjoyed exposing the corrupt political class, health topics, and more. I was unafraid to question the establishment, and when I began to question Obama’s birth certificate, my show was canceled and removed from being on air.
Last year, I had an invitation to join as a cohost with a large radio station out of Texas. I was thrilled to return to the radio and be able to chastise the creeps who undermine We the People. The offer would have been a nice financial improvement which would have supplied a full-time paycheck while working part-time. I had to cancel due to nearly losing my right foot. The many months of required therapy have made it impossible to commit to a specific radio schedule.
More recently, when I tried to relaunch my newsletter as LongPronouncment.com, or APatriotPronouncement.com, I met troubling issues with Epik.com, the registrar for both domains.
I took time to pause and think about my goals and ways to improve our republic with ideas and solutions. It occurred to me I should return not only as a writer but also present bold perspectives across video platforms.
So, I questioned the best options. Do I podcast? Should I use video posts like my former days on the radio? My second concern turned to the limited amount of time I had.
I prayed about this matter for the last few days, asking God what He would have me do. Two nights ago, I awakened with the exact answer I had been searching for. I believe my entire life has led up to me to doing several important things, one of which is to “Warn the People.”
In truth, the next step in my life will be to turn some, but not all, of my articles into video news releases. Doing so will meet my scheduling demands versus a radio host or cohost. This is the perfect solution for giving you my very best effort.
This is a new area for me to turn my articles into videos. I have never edited audio and video into a spoken release, and a learning curve is ahead. However, I am confident I can do this and make it a success.
Yesterday I ordered an inexpensive video camera from Zoom, a few microphones, and other equipment to turn my kitchen table into a large media force. My goal is to counter the creeps who are seeking to undermine Life, Liberty, and Freedom. The video release will be like a prepared news update.
I realize the recent conflict with Epik.com has inspired me to stretch my boundaries and limits to share more about Life, Liberty, and Freedom. Had I chosen a newsletter format only as recently planned, I would be out of step with my destiny.
Welcome to Perspectives with Darel Long.
