It was retweeted by @JayStil4 with an introduction stating:

I’ve never conversed with @JayStil4, but clearly the image validates the above quote and original quote by Donald J. Trump.
Apart from the above, I believe it was important to validate the image to match Trumps former Twitter account. Anyone can validate this important but simple fact at twitter.
